HOW TO ORDER ON-LINE:
There is a link at the bottom of each page of kits that says "To Order." Click this link and you will be taken to a form. Fill out all the information on the form and hit the submit button at the bottom of the page. You will be contacted by e-mail to confirm your order. In most cases we will respond to you within 24 hours. Occasionally I do out of town shows. If I'm away from the office it might take me longer to respond to your order. If you filled in an incorrect e-mail address you probably won't hear from me ;-)
TO ORDER BY PHONE
Simply call (310) 559-8562. The best time to reach us is after 5:30 p.m. Los Angeles time, Monday through Friday, or as you can on weekends. If you get the answering service, please leave your phone number and a good time to reach you. We cannot return all calls, so please be specific about the item you want to order. If I have it in stock or can get it for you I will return your call.
DO NOT JUST SEND A CHECK OR MONEY ORDER
Every couple of months I get a check or money order in the mail for
an item that has already sold out. Inventory changes quickly, contact us
by phone or e-mail to check on the availability of an item and to have
us hold it for you. We hold Check and Money Order items for one week.
RETURNS
For all returns there will be a 25% restocking fee. Returns are
only acceptable if the item is returned in the same condition that we shipped
it out. All orders are fully insured so any damage claims must be
directed to UPS. For all returns, buyer must contact X-O Facto within
two weeks of the date of the original purchase and the merchandise must
be returned within 4 weeks of the date of purchase. Shipping fees
are not refundable. For all returned merchandise there is a
25% restocking fee. All sales past 30 days from the date of purchase
are final.
